Hey! I'm Jamila
I have spent much of my career in content distribution within an eCommerce, digital and consumer technology space. After having spent the last eight years working from a platform perspective surrounded by gaming aficionados, I was excited to progress into games publishing. In my role as Head of Retail, I am able to combine my platform experience and an understanding of digital content consumers.
The Retail team is responsible for managing the lifecycle of Dovetail Games products across Steam, Xbox One and PlayStation. This will range from product set up, delivery, release and our participation in on store promotions. The ability to spin many plates, as well as relationship management is crucial as we collaborate with almost all areas of Dovetail Games to enable successful product launches.
Personally, I am passionate about developing and nurturing talent to support growth. My reasons for joining Dovetails amongst many, is that the company share these values. This is apparent as Dovetail Games is made up of knowledgeable, creative and talented people in all areas of the company.
