I joined Dovetail Games, purely by fluke, ok let's say fate, nearly 9 years ago!
I have grown in my role at Dovetail Games and it has been a steep learning curve. One of my passions is to enhance the candidate experience, whether they are successful or not, by keeping that human touch throughout the hiring process as we navigate a hybrid working style.
I thrive on bringing the best talent to Dovetail, as a Women in Games Ambassador, STEM Ambassador, MHFA and Connect 5 trainer and am always building my network to utilise those talent pools, so get in touch. There is such an importance in influencing and assisting young people, particularly females and from all ethnic backgrounds to join the gaming industry.
