I joined Dovetail Games, purely by fluke, ok let's say fate, over 6 years ago!
I have grown in my role at Dovetail Games and it has been a steep learning curve. One of my passions throughout covid and post pandemic has been is to enhance the candidate experience, whether successful or not, keeping that human touch throughout the hiring process in a hybrid world.
I thrive on being a people person and want to find the best talent to bring to the company. As a Women in Games Ambassador and STEM Ambassador, there is such an importance in speaking to and potentially influencing and assisting young people from all backgrounds to join the gaming industry.
