To help achieve this ambition, we are looking for a capable and enthusiastic individual to provide Third Party Technical Support, who will work with external simulation developers and colleagues within the company to help maintain a continuing top-quality catalogue of third party add-ons for Train Simulator and Train Sim World. Reporting into the Head of Third Party, they will work day-to-day with third party developers to ensure technical compatibility and integrity of third party developers’ train simulations products, as well as ensuring that internal teams have the required information about the products to effectively market and retail them.


  • Package and process externally-produced software products for testing
  • Liaise with QA testing team to identify technical issues with externally-produced software products
  • Liaise with Head of Third Party and Publishing Team to ensure reliable delivery of products for release
  • Liaise with third party developers to identify and resolve technical issues with their software products
  • Maintain internal systems and databases to assist in the packaging and bug-fixing of third party software
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that product information is communicated to assist with marketing, retail and licensing processes
  • Help the Head of Third Party in the day-to-day relationship management of third party partners

What we look for in you

  • IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications, plus ideally bug tracking and/or version control software
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to track products status and report to colleagues and external partners when required
  • Ideally familiar with or keen user of simulation software
  • Confident to challenge and ask questions of colleagues or partners
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Ideally an interest in software and development
  • Interest in trains would be beneficial
