To help achieve this ambition, we are looking to recruit a 3D Generalist Artist to work on our UE4 Simulation: Train Sim World


  • Collaborate with the Lead Artist to help set the visual bar and style guides
  • Create ultra-realistic, high end quality assets
  • Maintain the right modelling and texture scale consistency across the models
  • Follow art pipelines, workflows and performance budget guidelines
  • Estimate the time required to carry out own tasks and manage time to meet milestones
  • Monitoring of tasks, priorities and scheduling for sub-team
  • Mentoring junior art members
  • Providing feedback to sub-team
  • Ability to work with designers, programmers and other departments to realise gameplay to a high quality


  • Ownership of route delivery
  • Develop and evolve pipelines for efficiency

What we look for in you

  • 3+ years’ experience of working as an artist in the video game industry
  • Have excellent knowledge of UE4 materials and creation of high quality PBR game assets
  • Strong with using 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Quixel suite
  • Good working knowledge of Substance is beneficial but not essential
  • Good understanding of most CG techniques and technologies
  • Good communicator and work well within a tight-knit team
  • Be resourceful, self-motivated and organised
  • Shipped at least one PC or next-gen console title
  • A passion to deliver quality simulation software
