To help achieve this vision, we are looking for an experienced 3D Artist to join the team creating ultra-realistic, high end quality assets and building stunning locations within Unreal Engine 4.

You will use maps, reference photos and other research material to help build realistic real world locations, and will join our awesome art team to ensure our content is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.

We have just moved into a brand new river-front studio in the heart of the Historic Dockyard in Kent, UK. We are growing fast, developing our games using cutting edge Unreal 4 Engine technology and delivering these on multiple platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.



  • Create ultra-realistic, high end quality assets
  • Maintain the right modelling and texture scale consistency across the models
  • Follow art pipelines, workflows and performance budget guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Lead Artist to help set the visual bar and style guides
  • Estimate the time required to carry out own tasks and manage time to meet milestones
  • Monitoring of tasks, priorities and scheduling for sub-team
  • Mentoring junior art members
  • Providing feedback to sub-team
  • Work with designers, programmers and other departments to realise gameplay to a high quality

What we look for in you

  • Shipped at least one PC or next-gen console title
  • Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 materials and creation of high quality PBR game assets
  • Strong with using 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Quixel Suite
  • Good working knowledge of Substance is beneficial but not essential
  • Good understanding of most CG techniques and technologies
  • Great team player
  • Be resourceful, self-motivated and organised
  • A passion to deliver quality simulation software
